Deal Cloud Migration Expert

Our client is a well-established, deal-driven financial institution undergoing a large-scale CRM transformation, transitioning from Salesforce to DealCloud. They are seeking three CRM Specialists (3–7 years of experience) to support this high-impact initiative.

- Support end-to-end CRM migration activities from Salesforce to DealCloud
- Configure and optimize DealCloud to align with deal workflows and relationship management needs
- Partner with business stakeholders (bankers, deal teams) to gather requirements and drive adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs for ~500+ users across the organization
- Act as subject matter experts on DealCloud functionality and best practices
- Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and system usability post-migration
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of CRM experience (DealCloud strongly preferred; Salesforce required)
- Experience supporting CRM implementations or migrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering user training at scale is highly desirable
- Background in financial services, private equity, or investment banking is a plus
Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
