Change Management Associate

About the Role
We are hiring a Change Management Associate to support key technology initiatives within an Investment Banking environment.
This role focuses on driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, and successful rollout of new tools and processesacross the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of change management plans across technology projects
- Coordinate communications, training, and rollout activities
- Engage directly with bankers to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoption
- Prepare stakeholder materials including presentations, training guides, and updates
- Help manage resistance and ensure smooth transition to new tools and processes
- Track adoption metrics and report progress to senior stakeholders
- Identify risks and issues related to change and escalate as needed
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in change management or business transformation
- Experience working in Investment Banking
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Strong organizational and execution capabilities
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting technology transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with training and communication frameworks
