AI-First Solution Engineer
Our client is seeking an AI-First Solution Engineer to help design and build modern digital solutions across its growing insurance business. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a practical, AI-first approach to solution design and development.

Our client is seeking an AI-First Solution Engineer to help design and build modern digital solutions across its growing insurance business. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a practical, AI-first approach to solution design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable business and digital solutions using TypeScript, Python, or .NET.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, as part of the software development and solution engineering lifecycle.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to architecture, development, automation, integration and problem solving.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and prototypes.
- Work closely with product, architecture and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI technologies and development practices into enterprise applications.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience with TypeScript, Python, and/or .NET.
- Demonstrated experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding/agentic development tools.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud technologies and application development.
- Thinks AI-first and is comfortable using AI to accelerate development, testing, documentation and solution design.
- Insurance industry experience is highly preferred , particularly experience with insurance platforms, workflows, underwriting, claims, policy administration or insurance distribution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technology stakeholders.
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
