Job Summary:
The HR Transformation Project Coordinator provides project management and coordination support for enterprise HR transformation initiatives, including the implementation and evolution of the HR Operating Model. This role is responsible for helping ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned to established priorities by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking action items and milestones, supporting stakeholder communications, and monitoring project progress.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting HR, organizational change, operating model redesign, or business transformation initiatives is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure projects stay on track.
- Escalate potential project delays, risks, or resource constraints to project leadership.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple HR functions and business stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate project governance activities, including steering committees, working sessions, and project team meetings.
- Prepare agendas, presentation materials, meeting notes, and action item logs.
- Track decisions and ensure follow-up activities are completed by accountable stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, communication plans, meeting materials, decision logs, and implementation plans.
- Ensure documentation is organized, current, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Produce regular project status updates and executive-ready reporting materials.
- Facilitate communication across workstreams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Assist in gathering stakeholder feedback and tracking project-related concerns.
- Contribute to lessons learned reviews and post-implementation assessments.

Required

- Experience within a global or matrixed organization preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50.00 - $67.00 per hour
