Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer FDE

We are seeking a Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can work directly with business stakeholders and translate complex business problems into working Agentic AI solutions. This is a client-facing, hands-on role combining AI architecture, discovery, requirements gathering, and engineering.
What You Will Do
- Lead discovery and requirements sessions with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business processes and domain knowledge into Agentic AI solution designs.
- Architect multi-agent workflows and human-in-the-loop escalation patterns.
- Design AI solutions for discovery, requirements generation, data mapping, and validation.
- Build hands-on prototypes and technical components in addition to designing the architecture.
- Work closely with AI/Data Engineers to guide implementation and validate solutions.
- Lead stakeholder walkthroughs and help drive decisions required to move solutions forward.
Required Skills
- Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI or Multi-Agent systems.
- Strong client-facing, consulting, or embedded engineering experience.
- Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Hands-on engineering ability—must be able to prototype or build components.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud AI platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
Forward Deployed Engineering experience, Databricks Mosaic AI, LangGraph, Oracle Cloud or ERP experience, finance transformation, BRD/requirements documentation, banking or regulated-industry experience.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
